The petitioner seeks bail in connection with STR No. 664 of 2019 arising out of Rail P.S. Case No. Narkatiyaganj P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that it would appear from the first information report that the name of the petitioner and six others has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Deepak Kumar, who was apprehended mere on suspicion by the police near the dead body of the deceased, Mrityunjay Kumar, the brother of the informant. Further, submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with STR No. 664 of 2019 arising out of Rail P.S. Case No. Narkatiyaganj P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, II, West Champaran at Bettiah. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shamshad/- U T
