JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 1 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 460, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and many others were apprehended by the villagers while fleeing away with the battery of the ATC tower.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2019 and does not have any criminal antecedent.
