The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for mutation of the land in question in his favour because he is the owner of the said Jand in question vide Khata no. 135, Kheara no. 376, Aron 25 decimal and the said land has been demarcated North Karha, South Personal land of landlord,

The said land in question, the petitioner had purchased the said land from Jharkhandi Nath Singh, 8/0 Sheo Prasan Singh R/O Vill. Suari, P.O Ratnadh P.S. Agiaon (Garhani), DistBhojpur, the petitioner is the owner of the said land in question but it has not been mutated in the name of petitioner and C.O., Garhani, Bhojpur has sent a notice to the petitioner on 30/12/2023. In such circumstance, your lordship may hear the matter and give direction to CO, Garhani to mutate the said land in question in favor of petitioner.

3. At the outset, learned State Counsel submitted that he has got information from the respondent no.6, the Circle Officer, Garhani, Bhojpur, according to which, the petition preferred by respondent no.7 against the petitioner already stands rejected.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the petition of the respondent no.7 already stands rejected, the

5. Accepting the words of the learned State Counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if there is anything otherwise, he can have the liberty to approach the concerned authority.
