2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, on 17.05.2024 at about 10:30 AM, while informant was sitting at her door, co-accused Sudama Kumar came there and started abusing her. It is further alleged that when mother of the informant came to pacify the matter, co-accused Sudama Kumar fired from his pistol which hit on left chest of the mother of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Specific accusation of causing firearms injury is against co-accused Sudama Kumar and so far these petitioners are concerned, they are only alleged to have abused the informant. There is no specific allegation of overt act against these petitioners and they claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and other facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Pipariya P. S. Case No. 47 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
