Claim of the petitioner for grant of 3rd ACP benefit has already been allowed by the respondents with effect from 01.04.2014 i.e. upon expiry of adverse effect of punishment of censure. The notification in this regard is annexure A to the counter affidavit.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that actual monetary benefit arising out of the same has not been paid to the petitioner.

If the same is not done till date, this court would
