Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 379, 342/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of robbing the tractor and tailor of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner sprang up on the confessional statement of co-accused, who claims that the petitioner also participated in the occurrence. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10273 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kotwali (University) P.S. Case No. 800 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. With this observation this application is disposed of.
