This is an application for bail in connection with Deo P.S.Case No. 54 of 2015, corresponding to G.R.No. 1449 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name transpires during the course of investigation. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody for more than 10 months. It has further been submitted that he has been made accused in other cases also but on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and in this case nothing has been recovered.

Having heard both sides and considering the fact that petitioner has made his self-confession and he has been made accused in 14 other cases also, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same within a period of nine months. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
