2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506,307,379, 354(A)/34 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 05/2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute and there is case and counter case between the parties, who happen to be gotia.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant appearing suo motu oppose the anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12624 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 petition. It appears from the order of learned Sessions Judge that the injuries received by Dhananjay Kumar attributed to petitioner no. 4, as well as Pawan Kumar Choubey attributed to the petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 5, are on vital parts of the body and grievous in nature. Petitioner no. 2 is said to have fired upon the informant.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Bail petition stands dismissed.
