JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with By Pass P.S. Case No. 203 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similarly circumstanced co-accused, namely, Prem Kumar Sharma, has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.10.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 67578 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2018. Considering the fact that the allegation against this petitioner is identical to that of Prem Kumar Sharma, who has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
