Case No. 31 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Section 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the allegation and that the petitioner is a lady, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest she shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
