2. The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to respondents to pay the amount of Group Insurance with interest, rectify the wrong fixation of pay which was granted after retirement on the basis of A.C.P and M.A.C.P., make payment of pension and other retiral dues including gratuity.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.4365 of 2019(7) dt.09-10-2020 2/2 from perusal of counter affidavit of the State and Annexure B attached to the counter affidavit, it is crystal clear that the State has already verified the pay fixation of the petitioner and the report is sent to the University and a copy of which has also been sent to the petitioner. The University in para 12 of the counter affidavit submits that after verification of fixation of salary of the petitioner on the basis of A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. a calculation was made and Rs.4,96,958/- was paid to the petitioner.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, I direct the Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, which was filed on 13.03.2018 before the Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara within three months from the date of receipt of this order and if any retiral dues on any Head is due, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within 60 days thereafter. The Registrar shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner with a reasoned order.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
