Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-01-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 82 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 33(i)(b), 33(i)(d) of the Indian Forest Act & 27, 30, 35 and 48 of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that only suspicion has been raised against the present petitioner who is a lady.

He has also submitted that other co-accused persons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21248 of 2021(2) dt.24-01-2022 2/2 have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc No. 12437 of 2021.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Sherghati, District-Gaya or his successor in connection with Forest Case No. 82 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
