The petitioner seeks bail in Kurthaa (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 380, 365 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons entered into his house and looted away different articles and also kidnapped Pappu Kumar. It is submitted that the petitioner is next door neighbour of the informant. There is land dispute between the parties. No occurrence as alleged has ever taken place and on account of land dispute this false case has been lodged. The petitioner is in jail since 24.11.2014.

No.9979 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is next door neighbour and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Navin Kumar Thakur, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Kurthaa (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014.
