Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 210 of 2021 lodged under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation upon the petitioner in the F.I.R. about making robbery.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. Neither T.I.P. nor recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2021. He further submits that there is five cases pending against the petitioner but he is on

Learned counsel for the State submits that case diary has been called for in this case. There are five cases pending against the petitioner and all cases are most of similar nature. Articles of the informant has also been recovered from the possession of the petitioner as mentioned in paragraph-36 of the case diary.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail petition of the petitioner is hereby rejected. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within one year.
