This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Some looted articles and a pistol as well as cartridges were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has disclosed nine criminal cases of serious nature wherein the petitioner is accused.

Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

The prayer for bail is refused.

The learned Court below is directed to expedite the trial.
