JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016, registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, Voter Identity Card of the petitioner was found at the place of occurrence and accordingly petitioner was apprehended in the present case on 14.12.2016, since then he is in custody. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in one another case, in which, he is on bail as detailed in paragraph 3 of the petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15064 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kishanganj, in connection with Kurlikot P.S.
