This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that similarly situated co-accused, Pradeep Kumar, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 15428 of 2017. Allegation is that from joint possession 16.500 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from a bag kept on the mt.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13309 of 2017 (3) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 with Case No. CC 105 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, or successor Court.
