Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Spl. Case No. 8299 of 2021 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 505/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The petitioner on seeing the police ran away after leaving the scooty and six litres of illicit liquor was found in the scooty. The name of the petitioner was disclosed by the local people and they informed the police that it is the petitioner who brings liquor and does home delivery.

Considering the same, this is not a fit case for grant of
