Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl reveals that though she alleges that the petitioner forcefully took her and forcefully married with her and was in physical relation with her but the entire statement would reveal that she was a consenting party. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Dhankund Police
