The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Spl. Case No. 76 of 2020, arising out of Sikty P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020, registered under Sections 30(a), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 60 bottle, each containing 300 ML Nepali liquor from the back of the cycle of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.01.2020.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released
