2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 447, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner came variously armed and assaulted the informant and his family members causing injury to them.

4. It is submitted that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Jitendra Shukla and Hanuman Shukla. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is only alleged to be member of the mob.

Considering the nature of accusation and facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P. S. Case No. 165 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
