The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that his daughter was kidnapped by Dhiren Rishi. Petitioners also helped Dhiren Rishi in kidnapping the victim. The victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C in which she herself disclosed that she fled away with the boy and nobody kidnapped her. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of

Case No. 65 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
