This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of theft of motorcycle is against unknown. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2016. The investigation is already complete. There is no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016 (G.R. No. 689 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, or successor Court.
