3. Considering the above-mentioned fact, I.A. No. 01 of 2022 is allowed.
4. Office is directed to make necessary changes in the cause title portion.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents no. 4 to 6 in Annexure-R/1 and Annexure-R/2 of which it is stated that a reasoned and speaking order has been passed in the light of C.W.J.C. No. 5084/2020 and in pursuance of the speaking order contained in Memo no. B/1949 dated 02.09.2023, Sri Umesh Prasad Singh, Sri Ramkumar Chaudhary, Sri Vishwanath Prasad Singh (Sushila Devi, his legal heir), Sri Gajendra Prasad Singh And Sri. Lalit Kumar Das (Lower Division Clerks, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur) are being granted the benefit of seniority and pay-protection as Lower Division Clerk at per with Sri Arun Kumar Singh (Lower Division Clerk).
6. Considering the fact that the grievance of the petitioners has already been redressed, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
