This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is own sister of the petitioner. For non-refund of the agreed money by the petitioner, the case has been lodged for offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 9 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Khagaria, or successor Court.
