This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Minapur P.S. Case No. 426 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414, 467, 468, 420/120(B)/34 of the IPC and 20/22 of the NDPS ACT & 30 (a), 33, 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2021. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 426 of 2021.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in local police station i.e. Minapur

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11831 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 Police Station, District-Muzaffarpur, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case. In default in making her attendance in the aforesaid Police Station, will result into cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) khushbu/- U T
