2. The present writ petition has been preferred: for issuing an appropriate writ commanding/directing the respondents to consider and settle the lands measuring 5.

24 Acre under Plot no. 678, Khata no. 73 situated in Village- Junaidi, P. S.- Rajgir, District-Nalanda and possession of the same be given to the petitioner as early as possible and by an ad interim order the petitioner be put in possession of the aforesaid lands during the pendency of this writ application and any other relief/relief's to which the petitioner be entitled to be
