JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The F.I.R. is against unknown for the occurrence allegedly committed on 23.06.2012. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 28.12.2016 and prayer is that there was no substantial material collected during investigation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.12920 of 2017 (3) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jehanabad/Successor Court, in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No.47 of 2012, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
