2. The present writ petition has been filed for seeking following reliefs:
"The petitioner seeks a direction/directions from this Hon'ble Court to all the respondents in general and the respondents No.03 to 07 in particular to make her re-join to her previous post of an assistant block teacher at Kanhauli Middle school under block Raghunathpur in the district of Siwan. Due to her non re-joining to the post she has got aggrieved, and has preferred the present application."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3831 of 2024(5) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 petitioner has already filed a representation before the Respondent No.6, but till date the said representation has not been disposed of.
4. Considering the relief sought by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the respondent nos.4 to 6 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent nos. 4 to 6 are well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one month thereafter.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
