Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,324,504,302,34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A,26,37B,27 of Arms Act. The FIR reveals that initially the named accused assaulted with Lathi, Khanti etc to the son of the informant. Thereafter, the petitioner fired causing injury at the arm and co-accused-Abhimanyu fired causing injury at the leg. The assault resulted in death of son of the informant. Submission is that the postmortem report would reveal that Doctor has not found any firearm injury. Petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2018. Investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Salkhua Police Station Case No.147 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
