JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner was recruited as a constable but subsequently it was suspected that someone appeared on behalf of the petitioner at the written examination. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled and suspicion has been raised much after the appointment of the petitioner. Moreover, now the petitioner has been put under suspicion. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6673 of 2016 (2) dt.12-02-2016 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 458 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
