2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 514 of 2022 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with co-accused Bindeshwar Sah fifteen years back but since thereafter, she was subjected to different sorts of torture by her husband and other in-laws and ultimately, she was killed on 06.10.2022. It is further alleged that the accused persons got her naked and took her photographs and posted on social media, which information was also given to local police on 02.04.2022.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14396 of 2024(4) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During course of investigation, his name has transpired. The petitioner is made accused in this case only on the statements of children of deceased who disclosed that the deceased has committed suicide on the instigation of this petitioner with whom, she was in a relationship since past three years. It is next submitted that petitioner is neither family member nor relative of the husband of the deceased and also has no concern with the affairs of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Muzaffarpur (East) in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 514 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
