The petitioner seeks bail in Pali P.S.Case No.36/04 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of C.L.A. Act.
It is mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 29.09.2016.
As per written report petitioner is said to be order giver.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that besides the allegation of order giver, there is no any other

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-5th, Jehanabad, in Pali P.S.Case No.36 of 2004 corresponding to S.Tr.
