The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case no. 763 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that before one and half months Bidhya Bharti, sister of the informant, was kidnapped by Vishal Kumar regarding which Police case was instituted in which his sister was recovered and handed over to the informant. Thereafter, on 19.10.2017 Bidhya Bharti, again, left the house carrying cash of Rs. 30,000/- and one Mangalsutra, while search was made, but no trace was found. In course of search, informant reached at the house of Vishal Kumar and made query about his sister then petitioner along with Sayanarayan

No.13620 of 2019(3) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 Das, Ram Ishwar Das, Sonu Das, Akhilesh Das, Abbu Khan and Amarnath Das started to abuse and at that time, petitioner caused injury at the head of informant by means of Farsa. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner is father of co-accused Vishal Kumar against whom the allegation of kidnapping was made and due to that reasons, the petitioner has also been implicated in this case. Moreover, the injury as found on the person of informant is simple in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with town P.S. Case No.

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
