Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour their undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 126 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in nutshell is that the petitioner alongwith the other accused persons assaulted the informant by means of iron rod causing injury to him.

It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that good sense has been prevailed between the parties, as it appears from Annexure - 3 to the bail petition. It is further submitted that the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 126 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
