Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on their behalf that the prosecution case is wholly concocted as there is no injury report on the record. Let petitioners, above named, surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the Court below and apply for regular bail which should be considered in the light of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17275 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 the injury report available on the record and if the injuries are not there, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 593 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. until the records are verified, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners.
