The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 610 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner and as far as the recovery of illegal arms is concerned, the same was recovered from the possession of the co-accused person. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 13.10.2018.

Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Patna City, Patna in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 610 of 2018.
