2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 302, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the thrust of accusation of giving knife blow on the deceased is upon co-accused Ranjan Mahto.

4. A perusal of the first information report discloses that it was the petitioner who handed over the knife to co-accused Ranjan Mahto and ordered to kill. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and considering that the overt act has been attributed to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
