1. No one appears for the petitioner.

2. The present application has been filed for quashing the result of Elementary Teachers Evaluation Examination, 2016, on the ground that some questions were wrongly framed.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that prayer of the petitioner is not justified inasmuch as in the light of uniform decision, evaluation has been done. Seven questions which were declared wrong in the paper of General Teacher by the Expert Committee were deleted. Likewise, five questions of Physical Teacher and ten questions of Urdu Teacher were deleted and thereafter,

Patna High Court CWJC No.20418 of 2016(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 evaluation was made on the basis of rest of the corrected questions, as such, there is no rationality in the claim of the petitioner for quashing the result of the Elementary Teachers Evaluation Examination 2016.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the State, this Court finds no merit in the writ application.

5. Accordingly, the present writ application stands dismissed.
