Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A), 38(B) and 41(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioners are in custody since 26.11.2016 and allegation is that 36 cartoons of Nepali liquor were, allegedly, recovered from the possession of eight persons including the petitioners. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

No.10314 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Sitamarhi/successor Court in connection with Majorganj Police Station Case No. 292 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
