Obviously, there is much more behind the present writ application than trying to clean the society by removing respondent no.7 from the post of Assistant Teacher

These are matters, which are best required to be considered by the District Programme Officer, Supaul, who may go into the materials and take a decision, but not at the instance of the present petitioner.
