Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was instituted under Section 364 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Birendra Kumar which is evident from the impugned order. Thereafter the petitioner also confessed his guilt and on the disclosure of the petitioner dead body was recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2016.

Submission is that only suspicion is there against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura/successor Court in connection with Sessions Trial No. 08 of 2017 arising out of Karendey Police Station Case No. 20 of 2016.
