The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 519 of 2017 for the offence under Section 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Rakesh Kumar Yadav. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the said Rakesh Kumar Yadav has been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CR. Misc. No. 52813 of 2018 vide order dated 16.08.2018. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10494 of 2019(2) dt.21-02-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that co-accused Rakesh Kumar Yadav has been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CR. Misc. No. 52813 of 2018 vide order dated 16.08.2018, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned A.C.J.M. Ist Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 519 of 2017.
