Petitioner, who happens to be an auto driver, dashed against a scooty, as a result of which, the driver of scooty became severely injured necessitating presence of police who indulged in verifying the auto which was without registration number and during course thereof, altogether 40 litres of country made wine has been recovered therefrom, and on that very score, petitioner is under custody since 22.12.2019 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the instant petition.

Consequent thereupon, petitioner, petitioner, Dhiraj Singh @ Brij Singh @ Birj Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Danapur PS Case No. 965 of 2019, Special Case No. 11402/2019.
