The petitioner seeks bail in Arwal P.S. Case No. 191/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others were apprehended and from the possession of the petitioner, one pistol and five live cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted that the pistol is licensee one and petitioner is the owner of the pistol that is why the case has not been registered under any sections of the Arms Act. The petitioner is in jail since 23.10.2016. Other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12380 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S.
