Prayer of the petitioner for compassionate appointment was earlier rejected because there was no policy for grant of benefit of compassionate appointment to divorced daughters. Then on the basis of a decree of divorce a second round application was filed.

2. Death of the father of the petitioner had happened in the year 2004. It is too late in the day after more than a decade to extend benefit of compassionate appointment. The object and purpose has already been lost due to passage of time. Reason for rejection a second time over is based on valid ground, which is said to be
