Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1819 of 2017 filed for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 494, 323, 341, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the opposite party no. 2 was married with this petitioner without her will and she was in love with one Vikash Kumar @ Vikash Manjhi and she got

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 1819 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
