Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 211 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38(1) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
