The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 552 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 366, 365, 504, 323, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, Section 302 of the IPC has been added; and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

In view of the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the fact that
