The petitioners had preferred an appeal before the Commissioner against the impugned order which apparently stood dismissed for default. The petitioners had remedy of appeal by filing appeal before the Tribunal which, too, they have not done.
This writ application, in such circumstance, cannot be maintained, which is accordingly dismissed.
